Please review all information below for important registration notes:
Surgical Inclusion: All registrants will be performing single arch conventional All-on-X surgery with immediate loading and will share a patient with a counterpart. During the registration process, you will be given the option of electing to place a double arch for $5,000 in addition to the base registration fee. The double arch surgery will also be joint with another registrant.
Please note: Double-arch patients are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration fees will be discounted an additional $1,000 from the amounts above if you provide your own patient for the live surgical program. The registrant is responsible for all patient travel expenses. The deadline for confirming your patient’s participation is
May 1, 2025.
Please note: The $1,000 discount will be processed at the conclusion of the program. Patient participation is limited due to the 2:1 participant-to-patient ratio and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dental Assistant Participation: It is recommended that doctors participating in the Hands-on Surgical Program bring their own dental assistant. Staff will assist during surgery and attend the Thursday lecture and lecture/lab day. The registrant is responsible for all staff travel expenses. The assistant registration fee is $500.

It is essential to complete your Ohio temporary license paperwork as part of registering for the course. Securing your temporary license is required for participation in this course if you are not currently licensed in the state of Ohio. The Ohio Dental Board requires 4-6 weeks to process your paperwork, but keep in mind the additional time it may take for your state dental board to send all necessary documents for verification. If you do not complete your temporary filing in time, your registration will be canceled with a 50% refund. Information regarding licensure application will be sent after registration with your onboarding paperwork.

Registrants are encouraged to bring their own patient for the surgical program.

Onsite Registration
Due to the nature of this program, onsite registration is not available.
Cancellation PolicyThe American Academy of Implant Dentistry – Central District reserves the right to cancel all or any part of this course should circumstances warrant such action. In the event the meeting is cancelled, the Central District will refund the full tuition and will not be responsible for any other damages. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by April 1, 2025 for a 50% refund. No refunds will be made after April 1, 2025.
